Returns

We want you to love your new Jaclyn Nicole jewelry so if you receive your order and find you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept requests for returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. 

To be initiate a return, please notify us in writing via email at jaclyn@jaclynnicoledesign.com of your intention to return your order along with your reason for return. Please make sure to return your item in the same condition it was sent out in within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for refund.

The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the item(s) as well as any original shipping costs incurred by Jaclyn Nicole due to our free shipping promo. We kindly advise adding insurance to cover the full amount of your return as Jaclyn Nicole cannot be held responsible for loss or damage incurred by the delivery service. 

Your refund will be returned to your choice of original payment method or a Jaclyn Nicole gift card within 3 days of our receipt of your return.

To initiate a return or to give us the chance to resolve any issues you may have, please reach out to us at jaclyn@jaclynnicoledesign.com or 862- 432-3276 with any questions.

Once we receive your request, we will reach out within 48 hours advising if we need further information and to provide the return address with instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Once we’ve received and inspected your items for return, we will either issue your refund or advise if there are any issues with the condition of the jewelry within 72 hours of receipt.

*Exceptions:

1. This return policy excludes any and all made to order customized jewelry pieces or custom jewelry commissions which are considered final sale.

2. In the event you received the wrong item and it was not what you ordered, Jaclyn Nicole will provide you with a paid return shipping label. Once received and confirmed the wrong item was sent, we will ship the correct item, covering all shipping costs.

Damages or other concerns


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve your issue.

Jaclyn Nicole LLC may not be held responsible for damage that is not reported within 24 hours of receipt, or for damage caused by mishandling your piece or not following jewelry care instructions.

Please understand that jewelry metals are soft and can be easily scratched if they aren't handled properly and stored with care.

Brass and Copper metals are prone to naturally patina when left in moist or humid conditions and can be easily polished back to their original finish with polishing cream such as Peek or Flitz Polish or a Sunshine Polishing cloth.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept exchanges or returns for any custom jewelry orders or personalized jewelry orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
