Shipping policy

Shipping is available at checkout and will be added to your total jaclyn nicole order. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for the item to ship from the time your order is placed.

All shipped jaclyn nicole orders will have insurance added to cover the cost of the item. Should you have any issues with shipping, your delivery or should your package arrive damaged, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to open a claim or track you package within 24 hours of your (expected) delivery.

Please check your order once received. Should you have any issues or concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that we may help to resolve any issues. jaclyn nicole llc may not be held responsible for damage that is not reported within 48 hours of receipt, or for damage caused by mishandling your piece or not following jewelry care instructions. Please understand that jewelry metals are soft and can be easily scratched if they aren't handled and stored with care.
